Go to the Dataset Settings in Power BI Service:
- Open Power BI Service and navigate to the workspace containing the dataset with the error.
- Locate the dataset under the Datasets + Dataflows section.
- Click on the More options (three dots) next to the dataset and select Settings.
Update Credentials for Google Sheets:
In the dataset settings, find the Data source credentials section.
Locate the Google Sheets data source that is missing credentials.
Click Edit credentials.
Choose the correct Authentication method (typically OAuth2 for Google Sheets).
Log in using the Google account associated with the Google Sheets data source.
Grant the necessary permissions when prompted.
Revalidate Other Data Sources:
- Check if there are other data sources listed under Data source credentials.
- Ensure all sources have valid credentials entered.
Reactivate Scheduled Refresh:
- Once all credentials are updated, go to the Scheduled refresh section in the dataset settings.
- Turn on the Keep data updated toggle and configure your refresh schedule as needed.
Test the Refresh:
- To ensure everything is set up correctly, go to the dataset and click Refresh now.
- Check the refresh history for any errors.
