Update Client Secret for Azure Dependencies

Step 1: Generate a New Client Secret in Azure

1. Log in to your Azure Portal.
2. Navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations.
3. Select the application named Zone Reporting.
4. In the left-hand menu, click Certificates & secrets.

5. Click + New client secret.

6. In the pop-up:
   • Provide a description (e.g., Zone Reporting).
   • Select the appropriate expiration duration.
   • Click Add.
      
7. After creation, a Client Secret Value will be shown.  Important: Copy and securely store this value immediately — it will not be visible again once you leave the page.

Step 2: Update the Client Secret in the NetSuite Connector

1. Navigate to ZoneExtract > Connectors.

   

2. Search for the specific connector and click on List.

   

3. Click the Edit button next to the connector you wish to update.

4. Locate the field labeled Client Secret and paste the new value. Do not modify the Client ID.

   

5. Click Save.

6. Click Test Connection to validate the new secret.

   • The connection should now test successfully.
