Step 1: Generate a New Client Secret in Azure
- Log in to your Azure Portal.
- Navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations.
- Select the application named Zone Reporting.
- In the left-hand menu, click Certificates & secrets.
- Click + New client secret.
- In the pop-up:
- Provide a description (e.g., Zone Reporting).
- Select the appropriate expiration duration.
- Click Add.
- After creation, a Client Secret Value will be shown. Important: Copy and securely store this value immediately — it will not be visible again once you leave the page.
Step 2: Update the Client Secret in the NetSuite Connector

Navigate to ZoneExtract > Connectors.

Search for the specific connector and click on List.
- Click the Edit button next to the connector you wish to update.

Locate the field labeled Client Secret and paste the new value. Do not modify the Client ID.
- Click Save.

Click Test Connection to validate the new secret.
- The connection should now test successfully.
