Admins can now invite users to the Zone Data Portal through a newly added "Invite User" menu option, located above the "Users" menu item. Selecting this option will direct the Admin to the Invite New User screen.
On this screen, Admins are required to enter the Full Name, Email Address, and assign a Role for the new user. Once submitted, an invitation email will be sent to the user.
Invited users will appear in the Pending Users panel, allowing Admins to easily view and track accounts awaiting activation.
After the invited user completes the authentication process, their status will automatically update, and they will be moved from the Pending Users list to the main Users panel.
This enhancement enables Admins to effectively manage all Zone Data Portal users within their organization and maintain full visibility into user onboarding progress.
